Ercan Ekinci, Prof. Dr. Adem Ba\u015f\u0131b\u00fcy\u00fck, Prof. Dr. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 \u00c7\u0131rak, Genel Sekreter Do\u00e7. Dr. Cihat \u00d6zgenel, Kalite Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fcyeleri ve \u00f6\u011frenci temsilcilerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da memnuniyet anketleri de\u011ferlendirme sunumu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan elde edilen geri bildirimler do\u011frultusunda akademik ve idari personel ile \u00f6\u011frencilerin beklentileri ve yap\u0131lacak olan iyile\u015ftirme faaliyetleri g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc. A\u00e7\u0131k u\u00e7lu soruda ifade edilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6neriler anonim olarak raporlanarak \u00fcniversitemiz \u00fcst y\u00f6netimine iletildi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, akademik personelin ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 %40.8, memnuniyet d\u00fczeyi %72.2; idari personelin ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 %41.5, memnuniyet d\u00fczeyi %76.8; \u00f6\u011frencilerin ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 %13.6, memnuniyet d\u00fczeyi ise %67.2 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu sonu\u00e7lar, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarla k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u00e7 payda\u015flar\u0131n anketlere kat\u0131l\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n ve memnuniyet d\u00fczeylerinin y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na olumlu yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2023-2024 bahar d\u00f6nemi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re birim baz\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ise Kalite Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen D\u00fczeltici \u00d6nleyici Faaliyet Formlar\u0131 ile ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Prof. Dr. Ak\u0131n Levent, anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde inceleyerek yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken iyile\u015ftirmeler hususunda \u00dcst Y\u00f6netimle isti\u015farede bulundu. Rekt\u00f6r Levent i\u00e7 payda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerinin s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde yap\u0131lacak birim ziyaretlerinde birimlerin anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131ca de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fini ifade etti. Rekt\u00f6r Levent, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sonunda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve sunum i\u00e7in Kalite Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ve iyile\u015ftirme
